负性T细胞共刺激分子和移植免疫研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 免疫活化及反应过程中 ,T细胞表达受体接收正性和负性共刺激信号 ,免疫反应的最终结局取决于免疫刺激和抑制系统平衡的结果。研究发现 ,包括移植排斥、风湿性关节炎等在内的许多疾病都和正性共刺激分子如CD2 8/B7、CD40 /CD40L等的过度表达有关 ,而负性共刺激分子的发现对平衡免疫、治疗疾病有重要意义。除传统的CTLA -4外 ,近年来一些新的负性共刺激信号如PD -1/PD -L、BTLA/B7x、OPG、DcR3等被发现 ,形成了一个复杂的正性和负性共刺激信号网络 。
