摘要
目的 :观察痛经平抗痛经的药效学作用。方法 :采用镇痛、实验性痛经模型及大鼠在位子宫方法评价痛经平的主要功效。结果 :痛经平具有明显的抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应和热板致痛作用 ,抑制PGF2α所致的大鼠原发性痛经 ,显著降低PGF2α引起的大鼠在位子宫平滑肌收缩幅度 ,降低血粘度 ,改善血液流变学指标。结论 :痛经平具有明显的抗痛经作用。
Objective :To study the effect of Tong Jing Ping on antidysmenorrhea. Methods :Through the experiments of analgesia,dysmenorrhea models of rats and rats uterus in vivo,the primary effect of Tong Jing Ping was evaluated. Results :The Tong Jing Ping significantly inhibited pain of mice caused by acetic acid and that caused by hot plate,dramatically inhibited the essential dysmenorrhea of rat caused by PGF 2α ,markedly reduced amplitude of uterine muscular contraction of rat in vivo.The Tong Jing Ping reduced blood viscosity of rabbits and relieved the blood rheologicol indexes. Conclusion :The Tong Jing Ping had significantly action of antidysmenorrhea.
