摘要
本文运用回归处理的方法,对太钢生产的20CrMnTi钢进行了统计分析,得出了淬透性值与主要化学成分间的回归方程式:并且进一步分析了淬透性曲线的特点,提出了预测淬透性带的数学模型:
The paper puts forward the regression equation between J9-Value and composition of 20CrMnTi steel with the method of regression treatment to analyse statistcally the steel manufactured by Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company. This equation is J9=31. 75[C]+9.412[Si]+2.08[Mn]+ 1.48[Cr]-56.6[Ti])+24.09. Morever, a mathematical model predicting hardenabil ity band. J = [1/(a+beE)]+c, is developed by analysing the cha-ractristics of hardenability curve. This result has a great practical sig-Inificance in managing production of 20CrMnTi steel and in controlling and predicting hardenability of low alloy carbon steels.
