摘要
针对铁质文物由于受环境中自然因素如大气、水、土壤、电解质溶液和高温等的影响而遭到腐蚀的现象 ,参考国内外有关资料 ,研制出一种铁质保护剂。经性能测试、埋藏实验、恶劣环境放置实验、户外放置实验及保护后的汉代铁剑残块存放证明 :XD8铁质保护剂在铁器上形成的保护膜具有耐水、耐氯化物、耐酸、耐碱、耐候等性能 。
Iron objects are easily oxidized and eroded. Based on some foreign and Chinese reference materials, the iron protective agent XD 8is researched and developed. It has been tested under the conditions of function tests, burying experiment, preserving in lab and nature environment, and the pieces of iron sword of the Han Dynasty coated with XD 8 put in the storehouse. All these tests show that the agent has the characteristics of waterproof, chloride proof, and be able to endure acid and alkali and varying weather. With its good corrosion proof effect, XD 8 is a better protective agent for iron objects.
