摘要
本实验通过测定家兔血清谷丙转氨酶（SGPT）活性的大小，观察枸杞子对大剂量饮酒造成肝损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明，枸杞子具有明显抑制白酒升高SGPT活性的作用，说明枸杞子对大剂量饮酒后造成的肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
This study was intended to observe goqizi's protelion of injury of liver which high measurement alcohol makes. The experiment was made to determine the activity of SGPT in habit, The results show that goqizi play a protection in inhibithion the elevation of SGPT. The above results indicate that goqisi play a high protetion of injury of liver which high measurement alcohol makes.
