摘要
目的 研究乳腺癌和纤维腺瘤的MR信号强度 ,探讨其在诊断乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的价值。方法 12 0例乳腺肿瘤患者术前行乳腺MR平扫和增强扫描 ,分析病灶的平扫MR信号强度特点以及MR常规和动态增强扫描的信号强度增强率。结果MR平扫 ,SE T1WI乳癌组与腺瘤组病变均以等信号或低信号为主 ,FS T1WI乳癌组与腺瘤组病变均以等信号或高信号为主 ,TSE T2WI、FS T2WI乳癌组与腺瘤组病变间信号强度分布相比 ,相差显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。MR常规增强扫描 ,乳癌组与腺瘤组病变间信号强度增强率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。MR动态增强扫描 ,乳癌组病变早期信号强度增强率高于腺瘤组 ,相差非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;乳癌组与腺瘤组病变间峰值信号强度增强率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论MR信号强度在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断方面具有较大价值。
Objective To study the MR signal intensity of breast cancer and fibroadenoma so as to explore the value of MR signal intensity in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast neoplasms. Methods The plain and the contrast enhanced of MR scanning were performed in 120 patients with breast neoplasm before operation. The signal intensity features of the plain MRI and the signal intensity enhancement rate of the conventional and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI were observed. Results Signal intensity of both breast cancer and fibroadenoma were iso or hypointense on SE T1WI of plain MR scanning, and iso or hyperintense on FS T1WI. The signal intensity between the group of the patients with breast cancer and the patients with fibroadenoma was significant difference ( P < 0.05 ) on SE T2WI and FS T2WI. On the conventional contrast enhanced MRI, the enhancement rate of signal intensity was not significantly different between breast cancer and fibroadenoma( P >0.05). On the dynamic contrast enhanced MRI, the early phase enhancement rate of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of fibroadenoma( P <0.01). No significantly different was observed between the amplitude enhancement rate of breast cancer and fibroadenoma ( P >0.05). Conclusion MR scanning is of important value in diagnosing and differentiating benign and malignant breast neoplasms. [
