摘要
作者以哈尔滨为典例， 分析经济转型期间我国城市中心区历史地段公共空间环境整治与旅游开发之间的关系， 并提出以循序渐进的环境整治为基础的城市空间旅游开发的规划设计原则。
The author,taking Ha'erbin as an example,analyzes the relations between the environmental improvement and the tourist development of the public space in the historical section of the urban center in China,and brings forward the principles of planning for the development of urban special tourism based on a step-by-step environmental improvement.
