摘要
近年来由于直肠癌接受手术治疗的患者逐渐增加,需做永久性结肠造口的患者也日益增加。为了减轻造口部周围皮肤刺激及异常气味,养成定时排便的习惯,以提高肠造口患者的生活质量。我院自1988年11月至1994年11月采用结肠造口灌洗法治疗患者345例,其中随访50例,均达到满意效果。结肠造口灌洗法优于传统的灌肠法,操作简便、安全可靠、灌洗过程中不易损伤肠粘膜,密封程度好,灌洗液不易外溢,灌洗器材可以反复多次使用,尤其适合于全身情况良好、无肠造口并发症的永久性结肠造口患者。
In recent years, the increasing number of operations for the patients with rectal carcinoma have led to the increasing demand for colostomy. In order to minimize the irritation to the skin around the stoma and the awful odor, and to develop the habit of regular stools, colostomy irrigation was applied in 345 patients , 50 of whom were followed up. The results showed that coloslomy irrigation was superior to the traditional enema. The method has proved to be simple, safe and reliable. Damage to the colonic mucosa is avoided during the irrigation. Since the irrigator is weel-sealed, no spill of the irrigation fluid occurs and the equipment can be used repeatedly, which is particularly appropriate for the permanent colostomy patients who are in good condition and have no complications of the colostomy.
