摘要
依据光的波动本性及干涉原理,采用分类归纳的方法给出牛顿环干涉装置的其他几种变异结构及其统一的环纹分布规律,推导并分析了其干涉条件.理论推导表明:这些变异结构在环纹分布规律方面均等效于牛顿环干涉仪,并满足一个统一的公式:任意两环纹直径之平方差是一个无关于干涉序的恒量.同时发现:浅近切割式与非接触式牛顿环干涉结构在表面科学(如表面沉积及液 固湿润现象)研究方面以及在光学检测及微位移传感技术方面的应用前景;所述原理已得到实验的初步检验证明.
Apart from the arrived conclusions in the reference \, some new variant structures of interference apparatus for Newton’s rings, especially the non-contact and amputated kind of interference apparatus are given and discussed, their interference condition and distribution law of the ring’s are induced; their superiority and equal effectiveness compared to the primary interferometer for Newton’s rings are thrown light on. We find that the subtraction of squared diameters of any two adjacent rings’ is a constant independent of their interference orders; specially predict their possible application in optical sensor technique for one-dimension micro displacement beside their usual roles played in the optical field.
