摘要
碳酸钾生产过程中产生大量高浓度的氯化铵废水,直接排放污染环境,同时造成资源浪费。以兖矿鲁南化肥厂碳酸钾生产车间氯化铵废水为研究对象,对反渗透法处理氯化铵废水过程进行了研究,考察了不同压力下废水浓度对脱盐率和产水率的影响,为工业反渗透法处理氯化铵废水提供了参考。
The production of potash leads to producing lots of highly concentrated ammonium chloride wastewater,which will pollute the environment and waste usefu l resource if discharged directly. This paper studies the treatment of ammonium chloride wastewater by reverse osmosis in a workshop of Yankuang Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Factory. The effect of wastewater concentration on desalination-rate and specific yield under different pressures has been investigated, providing re ference to the industrial treatment of ammonium chloride wastewater by reverse o smosis.
