摘要
提出了一种新的 PWM调制方式 ,使用该调制方式可以完全消除无刷直流电机在 12 0°工作方式下非换相期间非导通相上的续流现象 ;从而减小非换相期间的电磁转矩脉动。从换相期间和非换相期间的电磁转矩脉动的角度出发对该调制方式进行了理论分析 ,并通过仿真和试验证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。
The influences on the torque ripples during the commutation interval and the non-commutation zones, which are caused by the PWM methods, are investigated in the paper. A new PWM method, PWM-ON-PWM, is proposed in the paper. The torque ripples between the commutation interval and the non-commutation zone can be decreased with the proposed PWM method. The simulation and experimental results are demonstrated to verify the validity of the proposed PWM method.
