摘要
笔者报道主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术患者的围手术期护理。术前严密观察患者的心理、血压、疼痛等情况,维持患者的心理、血压在稳定情况下行腔内隔绝术;术中在全麻后进行动、静脉穿刺,避免血压波动。术后准确用药,加强用药护理,对患者的疼痛表示理解、同情,使用止痛剂使其安静。认为对主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术患者提供良好的护理,有利于促进患者康复。
The authors reported their experience in caring patients undergoing intracavitary separation of dissecting aortic aneurysm during the peri-operative period. The nursing strategies included preoperative close monitoring of mentality, blood pressure, pains in patients for the preparation for intracavitary separation; care under general anesthesia, care at venipuncture and avoidance of blood pressure instability during operation; postoperative appropriate administration, enhancement of medication care, expression of nurse's sympathy to the patients and easing them by using analgesic. They held that providence of better care for patients undergoing intracavitary separation of dissecting aortic aneurysm is beneficial to speed up the patient's recovery.
