摘要
潜油螺杆泵采油技术与其它人工举升技术相比具有一系列不可比拟的优点,随着该项技术应用面的扩展,传统的设计方法已经不能适应。本文以完井数据为依据,将方案制定、优化设计、可靠性设计、图形生成、预装配等功能模块合成一个完整的数字化设计系统。文中具体介绍了模块化组成、数据接口、数据流程,并给出设计实例。
The petroleum exploitation technology of the electrical submersible motor driven progressing cavity pumping system-ESPCPS has much more advantages than other artificial lift method. With the development of the technology, the traditional design method can not adapt to it. In this paper, according to the original data of the finished well, the perfect digital design system is developed, which is composed of project plan, optimization design,reliability design, picture generation, and so on. The module component, the data interface and the data flow are introduced. At last a design example is given.
