摘要
有效的知识交流和共享是实现合作创新的必要条件 ,但是合作成员面临着丧失知识产权专有价值的问题 ,即合作伙伴在运作过程中借创新名义侵占和挪用知识产权的道德风险。本文针对盟主和合作伙伴之间存在的这一冲突 ,运用委托代理理论建立此类道德风险模型 。
It is essential for collaborative innovation to make effective sharing and communication of intellectual property.However,firms are confronted with losing value of intellectual property,that is,the moral hazard of appropriating the intellectual property in the name of sharing and communication.For such conflict between the leader and the partner,this paper puts forward a new moral hazard model based on principal-agent theory,and analyzes the characteristics of optimal incentive contract.
