摘要
提出了有关异步电动机启动和运行的综合控制方案.以单片机为主控制器,双向晶闸管为调压元件,利用软启动、节能及电机保护技术构成了软启动器.工作在轻载或空载下的异步电动机,适当的调节定子端电压的幅值,可以降低损耗,提高功率因数.对异步电动机的软启动和优化节能控制技术作了全面的分析和研究.经仿真表明其启动和节能效果良好,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益.
The comprehensive control scheme for the starting and running of asynchronous motor is presented. The asynchronous motor soft_starter controlled by single_chip microcomputer is used as a controller, and double_action thyristor as voltage adjusting element. It includes soft_starting, saving_energy and protective techniques. When the load of an asynchronous motor is less than rating or nothing, it varies the value amplitude of Stator_winding voltage, reducing the loss, and enhancing the efficiency. The soft_starter and energy_saving for an asynchronous motor are analyzed. The efficiency is verified by simulation.
