摘要
系统研究了Mn Co Ni系厚膜NTC热敏电阻器的电阻性能与玻璃助剂质量分数的关系,结果表明:当玻璃助剂质量分数为(10~30)×10-2时,电阻性能参数(RT,ρT,B和αT)随玻璃助剂质量分数的增加而显著增长;当玻璃助剂质量分数继续增加,则电阻性能参数基本不变。但当玻璃助剂质量分数为5×10-2时,厚膜电阻因烧结性能变差而导致电阻性能不稳定,同时,电阻性能参数均异常增大。当玻璃助剂质量分数为30×10-2以上时,采用本工艺制备的厚膜NTC热敏电阻器具有良好的工艺性和热稳定性。
The relationship of the resistance characteristics(R_T,ρ_T,B and α_T)and the quality fraction of the glass agent of thick film NTC thermistors are systematically studied.The research results show that the resistance characteristics(R_T, ρ_T,B and α_T)increase with the quality fraction of the glass agent in (10~30)×10^(-2),but they become unchanged above 30×10^(-2).Inferior sintering properties of the thick film NTC thermistors can result in unstability and abnormal increase of the resistance characteristics when the quality fraction of the glass agent is (5×10^(-2)).The thick film NTC thermistors prepared by this thick film pastes have excellent process characteristics and thermal stability above 30×10^(-2) of the quality fraction of the glass agent.
