摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS ,对电站锅炉内使用的珠光体耐热钢G10 2和奥氏体不锈钢SUS3 0 4的异种钢接头的焊接温度场和残余应力场进行了数值模拟 ,并采用不同焊接参数及其焊后去应力热处理进行了对比性分析计算。在双道焊的数值模拟过程中 ,采用生死单元法 ,逐道激活焊缝参与计算。结果证明 :双道脉冲焊时接头热影响区较窄 ,应力峰值较低。结果还表明焊后热处理能有效改善接头残余应力的分布状况。
ANSYS software is used here to simulate the temperature field and the residual stress field in the dissimilar welding joint between austenic stainless steel SUS304 and pearlite heat-resistant steel G102 used in the boilers of power station. The comparable analysis and computation are conducted on different welding parameters and stress-relief treatment after welding. Simulation in both-pass welding employs dead-live unit method to activate weld by one for one in computation. The result shows that heat affected zone is much narrower and stress is peak much lower in both-pass pulse welded joint. It is also shown that post welding heat treatment can improve the stress distribution dramatically.
