摘要 移动通信技术和智能掌上设备的飞速发展及其在其他领域的广泛应用,必将对制造模式产生深刻的影响,为数字化制造带来重大的机遇和挑战。本文根据“基于移动通信技术的人机协同车间数字化制造模式”的要求,提出一种采用无线通信技术的新型数控系统。新型数控系统由两部分构成:一部分是可移动的掌上控制器,我们称其为数控PDA;另一部分则安装于机床上,称为嵌入式机床控制器。两部分之间通过Wi-Fi(802.11x)或蓝牙(Bluetooth)实现通信。在这种模式下,现今的数控系统中的很大一部分功能将被转移到数控PDA上。而机床控制器则主要执行实时运动控制和PLC功能。这种新型数控是真正的嵌入式系统,大大降低了数控系统的体积和成本。新型数控系统的最大优势是能够方便地实现设备级的无线联网;同时,通过数控PDA也彻底改变了数控机床的操作模式,把以机器为中心改变为以人为中心,并实现一人多机操作。本文重点对新型数控的体系结构以及通信机制及其实现进行探讨。 The rapid development ofmobile communication technology as well as the rushing of smartpocket devices willcertainly cause strong and deep influence and thrust to manufac- turing mode, and will create great opportunity as well as challenge for manufacturing technology. According to the requirements of òMoblie Technology based Man_Mamchine_Cooperative Manufacturing Modeó, an innovation type of CNC machine tool control system is presented in this paper. The innovation CNC system is composed of two parts: One is the mobile pocket controller, named CNC PDA; The another part is in-stalled on the CNC machine tool,which carry outthe traditionalmovement control and PLC function, called embedded machine controller.Both parts are communicatingthrough Wi_Fi (802.11) and/or Bluetooth wireless lan (WLAN). Under this kind ofmode, majority of func- tions of the existing CNC system is shifted to the CNC PDA, while the machine controller itself implements the real time movement control and the PLC function. The new kind of CNC is a real embedded compact system which reduces the size and cost of the CNC system significantly.The preponderantcharacteristic of the innovation system is its facilita- tion to realize the seamless networking and communication between the equipment layer and the shop floor server. Moreover,the CNC PDA changes thoroughly the machine cen-tered operating mode to the human centered one, and one worker operating multiple CNC machines is feasible.
