摘要
在对某航空企业工艺装备的制造过程以及日常管理进行详细调研的基础上,首先对工装的设计、制造过程以及日常管理的业务进行建模,将工装的设计、制造过程管理和日常管理纳入一套标准的流程控制中,解决在工装制造过程中由于“信息孤岛”而带来的诸多问题。基于J2EE体系构架提出系统结构模型和各个功能模型以及数据模型的建立和数据库的实现,既对工装制造过程的动态信息进行有效的控制和跟踪,又能对工装的静态信息进行管理。
Based on researching the processing equipment management activities in an aviation enterprise,this paper modeled the process of equipment manufacturing at beginning,let-ting manufacturing process management and daily management into an standarded con- trolling flow, to solve various problems beacause of òInformation Islandó in manufacturing process. This paper presented architecture of the system and function model based on J2EE, not only effectively to control dynamic information of processing manufacturing process,butalso to manage and to monitor the static information.
