采用智能单元式控制台实现计算机联锁系统的人机交互 被引量:3

摘要 智能单元式控制台具有抗干扰能力强等特点,是一种可选的计算机联锁人机交互设备.本文在比较控制台与标准计算机设备两种操作方式的优缺点后,提出了与操作表示机实现双通道以太网连接的硬件方案,给出了完整的通信内容及在定时发送、即时发送和心跳检测相结合的通信策略下的异常处理机制和双机切换逻辑.同时采用增加模式切换按钮的方法实现了控制台和鼠标两种操作模式的人工切换和有效隔离. Intelligent modularized console has great anti-jamming ability, so it is an optional man-machine interface device in computer based interlocking system. This paper first compares the advantage and disadvantage between using console and using standard computer device as man-machine interface equipment, then brings out the double channel Ethernet connection method with control-display machine and the whole communication contents, also expatiates on the disposal mechanism for communication abnormity and the operating/stand-by switch logic based on the communication strategy of combining periodic transmission, instant transmission and heartbeat detection together. A scheme which adding a switch button solves the manual switch problem between the mouse and the console operation mode, and also effectively isolates each other.
