半固态镁合金充型性能研究 被引量:5

Study on Capability of Filling Cavity of Magnesium Alloy in Semisolid

摘要 采用正交试验设计,研究了SIMA法镦粗形变半固态AZ91D镁合金的挤压充型性能。结果表明:半固态加热温度对充型性能的影响作用最大,其次是保温时间,形变率的影响作用相对最小;随着半固态加热温度的升高或保温时间的延长,合金浆料的充型性能提高;但形变率从20%增加到30%时,浆料的充型性能反而有所降低,形变率从30%增加到40%时,浆料的充型性能增加。试验优选的成形工艺参数为:加热温度580℃,保温时间20min,形变率20%。 According to the orthogonal experiment design, the capability of filling cavity of AZ91D magnesium alloy that was upset in semisolid with SIMA process was studied. The results show that the influence of reheating temperature in semisolid on the capability of filling cavity is greatest, the influence of holding time is greater. With the rise of temperature or holding time, the capability improved. However, when the rate of deformation increase from 20% to 30%, the capability decreases, as the rate increases to 40%, the capability increases.The optimum process parameter is that the reheating temperature, holding time and rate of deformation is 580℃,20min,20%,respectively.
