摘要
在分析和综合嵌入式技术和网络化制造特点的基础上, 得出用嵌入式实时系统开发的在网络化制造条件下的数控电火花加工控制系统的方案是可行的。提出了显示器可以不是数控机床的一部分的硬件结构的构思, 具有一定的经济性和创造性, 符合无人加工车间的发展方向。
Based on analyzing and synthesizing the features of embedded technology and network-based manufacturing,the control system of ED-machine tool for network-based manufacturing was developed by using embedded real time operation system.An economic and creative idea that there is no display in hardware mainframe of CNC machine tool was presented,it is fit for unmanned workshop.
