超临界流体萃取三氟氯氰菊酯及甲氰菊酯残留条件研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用超临界流体萃取技术,建立了三氟氯氰菊酯及甲氰菊酯的萃取分离及GC检测方法。在压力5000psi、温度45℃、改性剂甲醇添加量0.04ml/g、静态萃取时间20min、CO2流量25ml,收集溶剂甲醇条件下,利用ECD检测器,在柱温80℃,检测器及进样口温度260℃,升温速率80℃恒温5min,以10℃/min程序升温,260℃恒温12min,进样量1ml,载气7psi,衰减8,补偿气47ml/min下测得三氟氯氰菊酯及甲氰菊酯的萃取率分别为98.46%和99.47%;保留时间分别为24.29min、23.14min。 Extraction, separation, and GC analysis methods were determined for cyhalothrin and fenpropathrin using supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). Conditions were as follows: 5000 psi pressure, 45℃, 0.04 ml/g methanol as steady state modulator, 20 min steady state extraction time, and 25 ml CO2 flow. Using methanol as the collecting solvent and an ECD detector, GC conditions were: column temperature of 80℃, detector and injector temperature of 260℃, temperature maintained at 80℃ for 5 min, temperature increase rate of 10℃/min, equilibrium temperature of 260℃ (12 min), 1 ml sample injection volume, carrier gas at 7 psi, attenuation 8, and compensating gas 47 ml/min. Recovery was 98.5 and 99.5% and retention time 24.29 and 23.14 min for cyhalothrin and fenpropathrin, respectively.
