摘要
目的:优化右旋酮洛芬-β-环糊精明胶微球的处方和制备工艺。方法:以单因素试验法初选,均匀设计精选。结果:所得微球平均包封率为94.9%,平均载药量为47.4%,药物平均含量为28.7%,平均粒径为(51.16±20.34)μm。结论:以优化的制备工艺制得的微球粒径分散良好,达到了缓释口服微球制剂学的要求。
Objective:To study the optimal formulation and preparation technology of S-KP-β-CD clathrate microspheres.Methods:The main preparation conditions of S-KP-β-CD microspheres were studied by single factor experiment and uniform design.Results:The entrapment efficiency of the prepared microspheres was 94.9%.The drug loading and drug content was 47.4%and 28.7%.The mean diameter of microspheres was (51.16±20.34)μm.Conclusion:The microspheres prepared by optimal technology had an expected sustained-release quality.
