摘要
目的:为建立贵州土大黄药材的质量标准提供依据。方法:以植物分类法鉴定土大黄的原植物,以显微鉴定观察其根的组织结构特征、粉末特征,以显色反应、薄层层析对其根所含大黄素、大黄酚进行定性鉴别。结果:贵州土大黄为蓼科酸模属植物齿果酸模RumexdentatusLinn,羊蹄R.crispusLinn和尼泊尔酸模R.nepalensisSpreng的干燥根。3种土大黄根的组织结构有细微差异,其根粉末的显微特征可区别。理化鉴定证实3种贵州土大黄根含有大黄素、大黄酚等蒽醌类成分。结论:该法能有效控制贵州土大黄的质量,操作简单易行,结果重现性好。
Objective:To provide basis for a quality standard of Tudahuang in Guizhou.Methods:To identify the plants of Tudahuang in Guizhou by plant classification;to identify the microscopic characters by observing the slices and powder of roots of Tudahuang;to identify the emodin,chrysophanol of Tudahuang by color reaction and TLC.Results:The plants of Tudahuangs in Guizhou are from the roots of Rumex dentatus Linn,R.crispus Linn and R. nepalensis Spreng.There are tiny differences of roots and powders in microscopic characters of three Tudahuangs.The chemical substances,emodin and chrysophanol were found in 3 plants.Conclusion:The method is done easily and can be used for the quality control of Tudahuangs in Guizhou.
