摘要 提出了产品布局设计特征的概念和定义方法 ,解决了在概念设计阶段如何构建参数化布局模型的问题 ,在PDM环境下应用该模型 ,可实现基于产品布局设计特征的多小组的远程协同设计 .该方法采用工程文件管理方式 ,统一管理布局设计特征与产品装配模型 ,有利于模型维护 ;利用Petri网描述和管理动态定义的设计过程模型 ,实现了布局设计特征模型与子设计方案之间的“推式”数据自动维护和更新 . This paper introduced the definition of PLDF (product layout design feature) and the way to solve the problems of parametric layout scheme modeling at the conceptual design phase. The model can support collaborative design among the multi team based on PLDF on a PDM(product data management) platform. Design models is maintained by “push” propagation method and the data made consistent between the PLDF and the sub design scheme by means of the project file to manage the PLDF and assembly models. Petri net technology was applied to represent design process model. The effectiveness and efficiency of the method are proved by the practical software development.
