原油常压蒸馏过程模拟系统的开发(上)——过程数学模型和模块化结构 被引量:2

摘要 本文提出一种新颖的原油常压蒸馏过程建模方法。基于油品的蒸馏数据、利用炼油工业中已积累的一整套经验图表和经验关联式,开发了一个快速简捷的原油常压蒸馏过程模拟系统。与常规的以虚拟组分为基础的模拟方法相比,本文开发的原油常压蒸馏过程模拟系统具有较快的模拟速度(模拟时间<2min,IBM PC/XT),且具有满意的模拟精度(常压塔操作温度模拟误差<6%)。新的建模方法也为过程优化和决策提供了一条可行的有效的途径。这一部分系统介绍原油常压蒸馏过程的数学模型和模块化结构;第Ⅱ部分例举模拟结果。 A novel method for modelling the atmospheric crude distillation tower has been proposed. Based on the oil's distillation data, including of a set of empirical figures and formulas referred from the refining handbooks, a rapid process simulation system has been developed for atmospheric distillation tower. The result of implementation of this sys- tem in computer shows that, as compared with the pseudo-components calculating method, it has satisfactorily precise (the simulation error of the operation temperature<6%) and is rapid in calculation (computer running time<2 mins, in IBM PC/XT). This method also provides a feasible and effective way to make process optimization and decision making by us- ing the modular structure model. In part Ⅰ of this paper the process mathematical model and modular structure are described. In part Ⅱ actual illustrations will be given.
