摘要
企业过程再造最终目的是提高管理效率和水平,增强企业的核心竞争力。工作流技术为其提供了强有力的工具。目前工作流的建模和分析工具有很多,由于Petri网具有坚实的理论基础和图形化表示的直观性,因而是一种理想的建模和分析工具。基于Wf-Net的工作流模型的分析技术,对其基本的过程和所涉及的问题进行了分析,尤其对模型正确性的判定等问题,进行了详细的阐述。
The final purpose of BPR is to improve the efficiency of management and strengthen the key competitiveness of enterprises.Workflow technology just provides a strong tool for it. At present massive tools exists for modeling and analyzing workflow and Petri network has been an ideal tool for solid theoretical foundation and clear figures. In this paper, the analytic technology of workflow model based on Wf-Net is discussed.The basic process and problems related to the model,especially the soundness of the worhflow model,are exprunded in detail.
