摘要
介绍了一种基于单片机的超声波电机驱动控制系统。分析了孤极信号反馈对电机转速以及对负载与转速关系的影响。结果证明加孤极信号反馈后,能有效地减小因电机温度改变而导致的转速偏差。并进一步讨论了孤极信号反馈对因负载变化导致的转速改变的补偿作用。
In this paper,a SCM-based drive and control system for ultrasonic motors is mainly concentrated on .The effect of the singlerpole FB to the rotary speed of this USM and to the effect of the load to the rotary speed are respectively analysed.The paper indicate that the singlerpole FB can decrease effectively the effect of the temperature of the UCM to the rotary speed.When the rotary speed varies with the load,the compensation of singlerpole FB to running state of UCM is analysed.
