摘要 使用在猪圈铺木屑等垫料,撒入适量“猪乐菌”粉剂和水,以后定期再撒入少许菌剂,粪便即可被“猪乐菌”分解为无臭味的厩肥。1989年至1991年,京郊十八里店乡连续三批试验,平均每头猪比对照增重7kg;沪郊朱家桥乡连续四批试验,均每头猪比对照增重5~6kg。测试猪舍内空气中氨浓度,试验圈为7.75ppm,对照圈为14.33ppm。小白鼠连续三代试验结果表明无毒性。猪肉质测试正常,病理解剖检查无异常病变。发酵垫料在含氮量相同情况下,肥效明显高于尿素肥;作蘑菇培养料比常规料种菇增产34.7%。 “Zhu Le”bacterial mixture in form of dry powder may be used simply and easily in pig pens by spreading the dry powder and spraying water to the bedding material such as sawdust or wood shavings etc.and thereafter spreading a little of dry powder to the bedding at regular intervals.Under the action of“Zhu Le”during fermention,dung and urine of pigs decompose and transform into odourless organic fertilizer. In the tests with 3 batches of pigs from Nov.1989 to Jan.1991 in Shibalidian Township of Beijing suburbs,the mean gain in weight per pig in“Zhu Le”treatment was 7 kg more than that in check.In the test with 4 batches of pigs from Jul.1990 to Nov.1991 in Zhuji- aqao Township of ShangHai suburbs,the mean gain in weight per pig in“Zhu Le”treatment was 5~6 kg more than that in check.In the extensive test with 1 batch of pigs during Mar. ~Jun.1992 in Shibalidian Township of Beijing suburbs,the mean gain in weight per pig in “Zhu Le”treatment was 0.61 kg more than that in check.In the test with 1 batch of pigs during Jun.~Oct.1992 in a newly-built pavilion-shaped pig house in Zhaoquanying Town- ship of Beijing suburbs,the mean gain in weight per pig in“Zhu Le”treatment was 17.43 kg more than that in check.In the test with 1 batch of pigs from Dec.1991 to Feb.1992 in Anting Township of Shanghai suburbs,the mean gain in weight per pig in“Zhu Le”treat- ment was 7.1 kg more than that in check;however in the test with 1 batch of pigs in the same site during hot season of 1992(May~September),the mean gain in weight per pig in “Zhu Le”treatment was 7.92 kg less than that in check. According to the determinations made at the end of the first tests in Shibalidian Town- ship,the ammonia concentration in air in pig houses was 7.75 ppm for“Zhu Le”treatment pens and 14.33 ppm for check pens;the incidence of dysentery was 5.0% in treatment groups and 100.0% in check groups;the incidence of skin disease was 2.5% in treatment groups and 25.0% in check groups. The result of bioassay with 3 successive generations of albino mice showed that“Zhu Le”was nontoxic to mice when the mice fed on fermented liquid of“Zhu Le”periodically for several months. The results of meat quality test and pathological anatomy examination of tested pigs in the test carried out in Anting Township in the summer of 1992 were normal. The N,P,K contents in digested bedding material were higher than those in fresh pig manure.The results of manuring field trial showed that at the same N dose,there was no significant difference in efficiency between digested bedding material and fresh pig manure, but the efficiency of digested bedding material was notably better than urea.The results of conventional mushroom culture experiments showed that the use of digested rice or wheat straw bedding material resulted in a yield increase of 34.7% as compared to the check.
