摘要
目的 对保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术及Whipple术后早期效果进行比较。方法:回顾性分析1994年12 月-2003年12月接受胰十二指肠切除术连续123例病人的病历资料。结果:与Whipple术相比,保留幽门的胰十二指肠切 除术的胃排空延迟发病率高,留置胃管时间长,术后前3d胃液引流量多,胆汁引流量少,但其手术时间及住院时间短。结 论:对于壶腹周围肿瘤特别是良性肿瘤,早期治疗宜选择保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术。
Objective To compare the early postoperative results of pylorus-preserving pancreato duodenectomy with Whipple resection. Methods The data of 123 consecutive patients who underwent pancreatoduodenectomy from Dec. 1994 to Dec. 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with Whipple, pylorus-preserving pancreato-duodenectomy results in a higher incidence of delayed gastric emptying, more nasogastric tube drainage days, an increased volume of gastric drainage and decreased volume of biliary drainage during the first 3 postoperative days, but shorter operation time and hospital stay. Conclusion According to early postoperative results, pylorus-preserving pancreato-duodenectomy is a better choice for periampullary tumor, especially benign tumor.
