摘要
合成了磷酸酯表面活性剂,并对反应产物进行了表征.通过正交试验和极差分析,对制备改性棉籽油磷酸酯的主要影响因素反应物量比、温度、磷酸化试剂等主要因素进行了优化,得出最佳工艺为量比n(OH)∶n(P2O5)=4∶1,反应温度为80℃.
A phosphate ester surfactant was synthesized. The product was also symbolized and by the use of the orthogonal experimentation design and extreme difference analysis, the main factors in the preparation of cottonseed oil phosphate ester were optimized for the reaction, such as mol ratio, temperature, phosphatizing agents etc. The optimal procedure was mol ratio n(OH):n(P2O5) =4:1 and reaction temperature 80 ℃.
