摘要
国际反倾销是当前国际贸易前沿问题中的焦点。反倾销纠纷案是WTO争端解决机构审议的重中之重。本文主要研究国际反倾销的历史演进、发起反倾销的主要国家、反倾销指控的主要产品、遭受反倾销调查的主要国家和国际反倾销的发展趋势。了解、熟悉和把握这些问题,有利于采取正确的应对对华反倾销的策略。
The international anti-dumping is a focus of the present international trade. The anti-dumping dispute settlement is the most important thing in WTO reviews. This article mainly researches on the historical gradual progress of the international anti-dumping, the main countries raising the anti-dumping, the main products accused, the main countries suffered the investigation of the international anti-dumping and the development trends of the international anti-dumping. Knowing and grasping these questions should be helpful to adopt the correct tactics to retort anti-dumping to China.
