摘要
本文介绍了稀土电介中使用的钨,钼及其合金坩埚的研究结果。用粉末冶金工艺制成的钨,钼及合金坩埚具有密度高,尺寸,形状精确,使用寿命长等特点,可满足高纯度稀土金属生产及特种晶体生长的需要。
The manufacture process and characteristics of W,Mo and their alloy crucibles by P/M technology are described.The crucibles are used for the electrolysis of R.E metals, with high density, high precision of the shape and size, and long service life.The crucibles are suitable for the production of R. E metals with high purity and the growth of the special crystals.
