摘要
本文从城乡两个层面探讨了我国城市化过程和城乡土地利用的特殊性，尤其是中国和世界城市化、工业化发展的不同过程以及农业土地集约化利用和城市工业用地和居民生活用地迅速扩展的态势。
Aiming at two categories of city and countryside, this paper investigates Chinese urbanization process and the peculiarity of urban-rural land-use. It also discusses about the different processes of urbanization and industrialization domestically and globally, and the trend of intensive utilization agricultural land as well as the rapid expansion of urban industrial and residential lands.
