摘要
建立与国内外经济现状相适应的政治经济学理论体系 ,是当今经济学界的一个重大任务。本文依据对《资本论》及其手稿的研究 ,从实际出发 ,重新阐释了政治经济学的对象、方法和理论体系 ,要点是 :1、政治经济学是研究一定生产关系下的生产 ,从而是研究体现为经济制度的生产关系的总体 ;2、理论体系应体现理论要素之间内在逻辑联系的形成过程 ,它是建立在从抽象到具体的方法论基础上的 ;3、提出了政治经济学理论体系的框架 ,阐释了其中主要的理论要点。这个理论体系与“六册结构”相对照 ,前半部分变化较大 ;后半部分与“六册结构”相一致 ,但增加了新内容 ,主要是当代出现的新的经济关系以及政府的微观规制和宏观调控职能等。
It is an important task to build a new political eccomics system which embodys the changes of eco- nomic globalization. On the base of Das Kapital and its manuscripts, this essay puts forward the study objects, methed and theoretical system of political economics. Political economics studys the production in some pro- ductive relations, it studys the overall productive relations which give expression to economic institution. The- oretical system should embodys the formation process of logical connection of theoretical factors, it is built on the method base from abstraction to concrete. This essay puts forword the frame and theoretical points of political economics system.
