酸活化坡缕石对肉鸡日粮中黄曲霉毒素B_1的去毒效果 被引量:10

摘要 4 8 0只 1日龄艾维因商品代肉鸡 ,按饲养试验要求分为 4组 :基础日粮组 (对照组 ) ; .基础日粮 +0 .2 5 %活化坡缕石组 ; .霉变玉米 5 0 %代替基础日粮中的玉米组 ,使黄曲霉毒素 B1 前期为 97μg/ kg,后期为 10 8μg/ kg; .第 组日粮 +0 .2 5 %活化坡缕石组。研究了酸活化坡缕石对肉鸡日粮中黄曲霉素 B1 的去毒作用。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,添加 0 .2 5 %活化坡缕石对肉鸡生长性能、内脏器官相对重量、血清生化指标和免疫指标均无显著影响 ,而霉变玉米可使肉鸡生长性能显著降低 ,肝脏率、心脏率、肾脏率、腺胃率、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性显著提高 ,血清中 Ig G、Ig A、C3、C4 显著降低 ;联合饲喂霉变玉米 /活化坡缕石可使肉鸡生长性能、内脏器官相对重量、血清生化指标和免疫指标均恢复至对照组水平。上述结果提示 ,活化坡缕石对肉鸡日粮中黄曲霉毒素 B1 Four hundred and eighty Avian broiler chicks,1 day old,were randomly allocated to four treatments for 42 days,which included:1)basal diet(control);2)basal diet supplemented with 0.25% MP;3) fifty percent of the corn in the basal diet was replaced by moldy corn and the concentrations of AFB_1 in prophase and anaphase are 97 and 108 μg/kg of diet,respectively;4)the third diet plus 0.25% MP.The addition of MP to chick diets at a level of 0.25% had no significant effects on chick performance,organ weights,serum chemistry or immune function.In chicks fed the diet containing moldy corn alone,the performance significantly decreased,the relative weights of the liver,kidney,heart,proventriculus,and the levels of serum GPT,GOT,ALP and GSH-ST significantly increased,and the concentrations of serum IgG,IgA,C_3,C_4 significantly decreased.Chicks fed the combination moldy corn/MP diet had similar performance,organ weights,serum chemistry values and immune function was similar to that of control chicks.These results indicated that MP was proved to be effective in preventing the toxic effects of AF in broilers.
