摘要
本文研究了七味红花殊胜丸对实验性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,七味红花殊胜丸高、中剂量组能显著抑制四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致慢性肝损伤大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的升高并提高血清总蛋白含量(TP),减轻肝组织的病理损害程度:高、中剂量能显著抑制D-半乳糖胺盐酸盐(D-Gla)所致急性损伤小鼠ALT及肝组织的病理损害程度;各剂量组对小鼠异硫氰酸苯酯(APIT)所致黄胆模型均有非常显著的降低血清总胆红素(SB)及ALT作用;高剂量组能明显提高小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能。提示七味红花殊胜丸对实验性肝损伤有保护作用,其降酶退黄作用明显。
The pretective effects of Wei Hong Hua Shu Sheng Pill on experimental liver injury were studied. The results showed that Qi Wei Hong Hua Shu Sheng Pill in moderate and large dosages could obviously inhibit the increase of serum ALT and AST in rats with chronic hepatic injury caused by CCl4 , enhanced the total protain and reduced the pathologic damage of hepatic tissue; For the mice with acute hepatic injury caused by D-Gla, this drug with the same dosage showed the above effects. , and can significantly reduce the serum SB and ALT in mice with jaundice induced by APIT. Qi Wei Hong Hua Shu Sheng Pill in large dosage can also enhance the nonspecific immuologic function in mice. It is suggested that Qi Wei Hong Hua Shu Sheng Pill has a protecitve effect on experimental liver injury with its significant reduction of ALT and SB.
