摘要
根据广东省2000年第五次人口普查资料,文章描述了广东省众多人口外流地区的人口外流状况,指出这些地区存在的问题。文章在充分肯定人口外出对农村的积极作用的同时,认为由于存在结构的刚性,人口外流的积极影响相当一部分被抵消,而消极影响依然存在。
According to the data of 2000 Population Census, the paper describes the large population outflow in Guangdongprovince, and points out some serious problems relating to the situation. The paper also points out that there are somepositive effects of population outflow on rural economy. Due to structural rigidity, part of the positive effects has been offset and negative effects still exist.
