摘要
汽车薄板类零件大都具有三维空间曲面 ,在冲压成形中变形复杂 ,变形规律不易把握。因此汽车薄板零件数值模拟冲压成形技术已成为当今计算力学中富有挑战性的课题之一。阐述了汽车薄板零件冲压有限元建模中的曲面划分、接触参数设置等关键技术问题 ;并运用非线性有限元软件包SHEET FORMING对某汽车骨架零件进行冲压数值模拟 ,分析了可能出现的问题。这对改进汽车模具设计、缩短模具调试周期、降低生产成本具有积极的意义。
Most automobile parts of sheet metal comprise three-dimension curved faces. Their deformation processes are so complicated that the deformation rules cannot be grasped easily. So numerical simulation of them has become one of the most challenging research work. Some key technologies on the FEM modeling of automobile skeleton parts of sheet metal are discussed in this paper. Such as meshing of curved faces、setting of contact parameters. And the forming process of a automobile skeleton part of sheet metal is simulated by using the non-linear FEM software SHEET-FORMING. Some problems in forming process are also analyzed here. All of this will do good to design of automobile die and mold 、reduction of production costs and punching-die cycle.
