摘要
知识经济时代,要提高科技期刊的生命力,科技编辑必须树立创新意识。科 技编辑创新意识主要表现在对期刊的内容策划、栏目设置、版式装帧设计等 方面的创新,其创新意识的培养,应从加强科技编辑在职教育与培训,期刊 社营造创造性的工作环境、实施创新型的编辑管理体制,提倡科学精神,提 高科技文化素质及现代化办公技能,开发创新潜能,培养人文素质等多方面 着手。
In the period of knowledge economy, a scientific and technological periodical editor should emphasize the innovative consciousness for enhancing the periodical competition, such as the design plans and strategies about selecting topics and items, the disposition of columns, the innovation of periodical layouts, etc. The innovative consciousness comes from many factors, including the editing training and re - education, the periodical creativity environment, the management system for motivating creativity , the question consciousness, the disposition of science and technology and culture, the potential creativity, the humanistic disposition, and so on.
