摘要
目的 观察射频治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法 选择年龄 5～ 14岁儿童慢性扁桃体炎共 12 2例 ,对扁桃体隐窝及扁桃体表面黏膜进行射频治疗 1～ 3次 ,随访 1年以上。结果 痊愈 38例(31 14 % ) ,好转 5 8例 (47 5 4 % ) ,无效 2 6例 (2 1 31% ) ,总有效率为 78 6 8%。结论 射频治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎具有操作简单 ,无副损伤 ,疗效肯定 ,无需住院 ,医疗费用低 ,病者及其家属容易接受等优点。对儿童的慢性扁桃体炎是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To probe into the clinical curative effect of treating children's chronic tonsillitis with the radio frequency.Methods 122 cases of 5 to 14 years old of children with chronic tonsillitis whoses palatine tonsil crypts and surface mucous menbrance were treated one to three times by radio frequency treat,examined for more than one year at the same time.Results 38 cases were fully recover(account for 31.4%),58 cases were taken a favorable turn(account for 47.5%),26 cases were invalid(account for 21.3%),total efficient rate was 78.68%.Conclusion The radio frequency treating children's chronic tonsillitis is a simple operation.It is not packed that is damaged,curative effect is definite,it is not need to be in hospital,hospitalization cost was low,such advantages as ill child and his relative are apt to receive.It is a kind of ideal treatment method to treat children's chronic tonsillitis.
