摘要
在太长高速公路K62+880~K63+030段双壁石方路堑开挖中,采用了硐室加预裂一次爆破成型技术。结果表明此种爆破技术能有效地改善主体石方的爆破效果,降低工程成本,缩短工期,解决以往硐室爆破难以解决的边坡稳定和边坡质量问题,同时达到不清底、不刷坡一次成型的目的。还介绍了爆破技术的参数选择及施工工艺,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
The technology of once-through shaping combined chamber with presplit blasting is adopted in the excavation of double-wall stone cutting in K62+880~K63+030 section of Taichang Expressway.The result shows that this technology can effectively improve the blasting effect,reduce the cost,shorten the construction time,solve the problems of slope stability and quality that have not been previously solved by chamber blasting,and achieve the aim of once-through shaping without clearing bottom and slope.The paper also introduces the parameter selection and implementation of this blasting technology,which has certain reference meaning for the similar engineering.
