摘要
根据工程上对结构材料的要求,通过对大量力学测试数据及形貌观测结果的分析对比,总结出非晶合金带材作为结构材料所必须具备的几个条件。找出了使非晶材料获得高工程强度(有别于材料的内禀强度)的途径,并通过它开发出了高抗拉强度的实用非晶带状结构材料。
In order to develop the ribbon amorphous alloy structural materials, the experiments including mechanical tests and morphology observation were carried out. The factors of strong effect on the practical tensile strength (distinguished from the intrinsic strength) were investigated and a group of amorphous alloys with high practical tensile strength were obtained.
