摘要
研究了不同的孕育剂对高碳当量高锰灰铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加入一定量的Mn和CaSi的孕育剂可以明显改善孕育效果,细化珠光体组织,改善石墨形态,从而提高灰铸铁的力学性能;当总Mn含量为2.1%时,孕育剂为0.2%Mn+0.2%SiCa+0.2%SiFe,材料的组织形态和力学性能最佳。
The effects of several inoculants on high-manganese gray cast iron′s microstructure and properties with 4.1%~4.3%CE were investigated. The results show that 0.2%Mn+0.2%CaSi+0.2%FeSi is selected as the best inoculants for gray cast iron with 4.1%~4.3%CE. Moreover, when 2.1%Mn was added into this gray castiron, its tensile strength is improved dramatically, and a much better refining microstructure is observed.
