乳化剂OP存在下Cu—PAN显色体系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以OP乳化剂为介质 ,对Cu —PAN的显色反应条件进行了研究 ,结果表明 :该体系最大吸收波长为 5 5 5nm ,酸度范围为 pH =7.0~ 1 0 .3 ,Cu 在 0~ 5 0 μg/5 0mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律 ,摩尔吸光系数为ε =4.2 3× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。 In this test,a kind of emulsion op is as the mediate of the develop reaetion of Cu?-PAN and the conditions of this reaction are studide.As a result,the last absorption wave length of this system is 555?nm,the rang of acidity is from pH 7.0 to 10.3.the quantity of copper from 0 to 50?μg/50?mL.is agreed to the lamber-Bear′s law.The molmar absorption is 4.23×10 4?L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,In this test,the interfrence ions and the methods of deleting them are studied.
