摘要
以电熔莫来石为粗颗粒,α Al2O3粉、硅线 石粉和少量结合粘土等为基质,羧甲基纤维素为结合 剂,分别添加钛白粉、锆英石粉及同时添加这两种粉 体,经混合,液压成型,在1530℃保温2h烧成制备 了承烧板试样;研究了电熔白刚玉或莫来石中颗粒、 钛白粉添加量(4%、6%、8%)、锆英石粉添加量 (4%、6%、8%)及同时添加两种粉体(锆英石粉均为 6%,钛白粉添加量分别为4%、6%、8%)对承烧板抗 热震性能的影响。试验结果表明:以刚玉为中颗粒的 试样的抗热震性能优于以莫来石为中颗粒的试样;在 此基础上加入锆英石粉或钛白粉制成的试样的抗热 震性会明显改善;当两者同时加入时,试样的抗热震 性能改善更为显著。SEM分析显示:加入锆英石粉 的试样析出锆石相,加入钛白粉的试样有钛酸铝生 成,锆英石粉和钛白粉都添加的试样既存在锆石相, 又生成钛酸铝晶体,这些相的存在使材料引入微裂纹 和沿晶裂纹,有助于抗热震性能的提高。
The load bearing boards are prepared by using fused mullite as coarse clinker,carboxymethylcellulose as binder and adding ultra-fine α-Al 2O 3,sillimanite powder and clay,mixing,hydraulically pressing and firing at 1530 ℃ for 2 h.Effects of grain size of fused corundum or mullite,additions of TiO 2 powder (4%,6%,8%) and zircon powder (4%,6%,8%),total additions of zircon powder(6%) and TiO 2 powder(4%,6%,8%) on thermal shock resistance of the load bearing boards were researched.Results show that the specimen with corundum as medium size grain has better thermal shock resistance than the one with mullite as medium size grain.When the specimens were added with 6% zircon powder and/or TiO 2 powder,they have much better thermal shock resistance.SEM results show that specimen with zircon powder has ZrO 2 phase around corundum,and that specimen with TiO 2 powder has Al 2TiO 5 phase.Both ZrO 2 phase and Al 2TiO 5 phase can improve thermal shock resistance due to the formation of microcracks and cracks along grains.
