                    目的:探讨衰老对小鼠睾丸结构和精子发生的影响。方法:昆明小鼠分为老龄组(18月龄,n=15)和青年对照组(6月龄,n=15),取睾丸称重,H.E.染色,观察睾丸组织结构,计数萎缩曲细精管的比例,定量分析睾丸精子发生的状态。结果:老龄小鼠睾丸有部分曲细精管萎缩,多为局灶性,管内生精细胞减少,生精阻滞常发生在初级精母细胞阶段,或有生精细胞脱落至管腔。老龄组萎缩管的比例高于对照组(P<0.01)。定量分析显示老龄组曲细精管横截面内球形精子细胞和延长精子细胞与支持细胞的比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),支持细胞数目与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),精原细胞和初级精母细胞与支持细胞的比值也没有显著减少(P>0.05)。结论:老龄小鼠睾丸精子发生衰减,以球形精子细胞和延长精子细胞减少为主。昆明小鼠可作为雄性生殖衰老研究的动物模型。
                
                Objective: To investigate effects of aging on seminiferous epithelium and spermatogenesis in mice. Methods: Testicular specimens were obtained from Kunming mice (aged group: 18 months, n=15; young group as control: 6 months, n=15). The age-related histological changes of testes were observed. The percentage of partly and fully regressed seminiferous tubules was evaluated. The cells in seminiferous tubules were classified and counted separately. The average ratios of each type of germ cell per Sertoli cell were employed for quantitative analysis of spermatogenesis. Results: The histological changes of testes in aged mice were mainly seminiferous tubule atrophy and hypospermatogenesis. The percentage of tubules that were partially and fully regressed was significantly greater than that in the control (P<0.01). The average ratios of spermatogonia and primary spermato- cytes to Sertoli cells were equal to those in the control (P>0.05). The ratios of round spermatids and elongated spermatids to Sertoli cells were significantly lower in aged mice than those in young mice (P<0.01). Conclusion: Aging influenced spermatogenesis in mice. Mouse would serve as a good model for male reproduc- tive aging research.
