摘要
用相干分析和谱分析理论对 CA141K5型汽车有关振动试验数据进行分析,找出了该车变速操纵杆、手制动操纵杆振动过大的原因是该车发动机扭振过大所致。同时提出了解决上述问题所采取的主要措施。
Based on the coherence and spectral analysis theory the date of vibration
tests for CA141K5 truck are analysed.It is conclused that the engine torsional
vibration is the most likely cause of excessive vibration in gear shift lever and
hand brake lever in this truck.Meanwhile the major measures for solving the
problem above metioned are accordingly proposed in the paper.
