摘要
文章针对体育教师科研能力的现状,分析指出文化基础差、理论知识薄弱,学校领导不重视,体育教师工作量大、环境艰苦,对体育教师工作的评价缺乏全面性,部分体育专业教师素质不高、专业教育中忽视学生科研能力的培养是影响体育教师科研能力的主要因素。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
Aiming at the current situation of athletic teachers' lower output in academic research, the paper makes an analysis and points out the factors that underlie the situation. On this basis, it puts forward some appropriate counter- measures and suggestions.
